Hello Lovelies, Fall is upon us and today we have a guest blogger Crystal, the event stylist, and owner of The Crystal Collection, sharing her favorite fall wedding trends with us. Crystal Collection was founded in 2016 by Crystal Corbin and is an event styling and planning business serving all of Ohio and beyond. Specializing in the design of intimate events and gatherings for amazing clients, while also offering creative direction vendors, specifically with photo shoot styling and brand management. Before The Crystal Collection, Crystal worked as an event manager for various non-profit organizations. With having a passion for serving people and doing it style, her business was started. With fall being one her favorite seasons, she is overly excited to be a part of the upcoming trends.
Velvet napkins, tablecloths, and runners, the texture is going to be huge this fall. Velvet can add so much character, even if it is a muted color.
For the classy but modern bride, bringing in acrylic elements is the way to go. Whether it’s a seating chart, menu options, or even an invite.
3.Out of the box Centerpieces
Literally or figuratively, having exposed florals incorporated in centerpieces is something we want to see more of! Especially when accompanied by a colored glass or a killer lantern.
4. Including Figurines
Have any heirlooms or antique figurines passed down? Use them! What better way to incorporate ‘something old’ into your wedding day decor.
5. Greenery for EVERYTHING
Seriously EVERYTHING! Place cards, decor, bouquets, and arbors. The greener the better.
6. Colorful Cakes
Any type of cake is good in my book but add some textures and bold colors and we’re in business. Amazing design by A Cake For You.
7. Mixed Element Furniture & Decor
For my industrial chic brides, check out these tables from Queen City Vignette. This would look amazing even without tablecloths. HINT HINT
8. More Non-Traditional dresses
We love a non-traditional silhouette for our bold brides and even more so, in bolder colors.
9. Jewel-toned tuxes
Want to a take classy look and make it sexy? Well try these amazing jewel toned tuxes and suits at Folchi’s
If you didn’t know, now you know. Fall means that Dahlia’s are in season. So get ready to see them flooding your time plus they are my favorite.
